    At the September 13, 2017 meeting of the Downtown Library Advisory Committee, City manager Martin Bernal presented the following slide show depicting the Downtown Branch Library built into the ground floor of a 5-6 story parking garage (with approximately 600 parking spaces). These drawings were produced for the City of Santa Cruz as a "Feasibility Study" by Group 4 Architects of San Francisco on June 21, 2017.
