DBTL Library Evaluation Criteria Report Card
The Downtown Library Council Subcommittee is using the following evaluation criteria to compare two proposals. Although the Jayson Architecture proposal is called a "renovation," in reality, their proposal is for a substantial remodel and rebuild of the existing library building.
